The Role:

We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Warehouse & Yard Associate to support our Pasadena, MD operations. This position is responsible for managing all inventory and truck transactions at the yard, assisting with loading and unloading construction vehicles, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient site. This role requires independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all inventory transactions, including receiving, issuing, and tracking materials

* Handle all truck transactions, including coordinating material loading and unloading for

* construction crews

* Assist with loading and unloading construction trucks safely and efficiently

* Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized material storage

* Pull, label, and stage materials for scheduled construction jobs

* Maintain yard organization and overall site cleanliness

* Perform general site maintenance, including outdoor work year-round

* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed)

* Ensure a clean, safe, and organized yard, warehouse, and work environment

* Communicate with field crews and internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements and Skills:

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Ability to pass a DOT physical (company-paid)

* No CDL required

* Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

* Strong organizational and inventory management skills

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Good communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude

* Experience in construction, yard operations, or warehouse environments preferred

* Forklift experience a plus (training available)

* Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
