We’re looking for the future leader of our plumbing division — someone who wants to learn the trade the right way and eventually help run the show inside one of Pasadena’s fastest-growing home service brands.

You’ll help shape how trucks are stocked, jobs are run, and systems are built - Leadership training included:
We invest in techs who want to move up
- Assist lead plumbers on residential & light commercial installs and service
- Learn water heaters, drain systems, re-pipes, fixture installs, and diagnostics
- Set up and break down jobsites, stage materials, and maintain clean work areas
- Use company apps for notes, photos, and job tracking
- Maintain tools, van stock, and a professional appearance
- Deliver top-tier customer service on every call
- 0–2 years plumbing or construction experience preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn — attitude matters more than resume
- Comfortable working with your hands and on your feet all day
- Professional, respectful, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
We’re in launch mode. That means this is not a dead-end helper role — your growth will match the company’s growth. As call volume increases, you’ll be trained to take on more responsibility, higher pay, and leadership over future hires.
