Sales Specialist

• Plan and execute outreach and engagement activities within assigned communities
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with community organizations to generate qualified referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, churches, food banks, and other community-based organizations
• Educate referral sources on program services and eligibility
• Develop and execute monthly outreach plans to meet enrollment targets in collaboration with leadership
• Track outreach activities and leads using CRM and enrollment systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of sales or marketing experience; healthcare or senior services experience strongly preferred
• Outside sales or community outreach experience preferred
• Fluency in Spanish required
• Experience using CRM or healthcare technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Athena)
• Ability to complete required state marketing training and certification within 30 days of hire
