Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, remote role for a B2B SaaS Sales Lead. The B2B SaaS Sales Lead will be responsible for managing the sales process, driving growth, and fostering relationships with enterprise clients. Day‑to‑day tasks include prospecting, developing leads, conducting effective sales pitches, negotiating contracts, providing training, and ensuring exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and creating a strategic sales pipeline will also be key responsibilities.

- Proven expertise in Sales and experience in Sales Management
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and provide Training for teams
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage key client relationships effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools to manage the sales pipeline
- Self‑motivated individual with a results‑driven approach
- Experience in the SaaS industry or related field is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
