Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Property Manager – Public Storage

Pay: $19.00 per hour.
Hours: Flexible 9:30am–6pm (weekends until 5pm). Full‑time availability qualifies for benefits after 20+ hrs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with storage needs, recommend packing and moving supplies, and complete lease agreements.
• Open and close facilities, maintain property security and inventory, and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and document all customer payments accurately.
• Make customer reminder and collection calls and perform delinquent account maintenance.
• Drive between multiple properties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between sites.
• Customer‑service experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food or similar sales environment.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs and spend up to 50% of time walking and climbing stairs.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Transport items up to 35 lbs.
• Walk and climb stairs inside and outside facilities for up to 50% of time.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior grounds.
