Assistant Store Manager

They are looking to hire by March 2nd! Must be willing and able to travel to South Korea March 8th-21st

The stores will be opening in May 2026.

Lead the floor, inspire your team, and deliver an elevated beauty retail experience. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, oversee daily operations, and build a high-performing, customer-obsessed team.

• Lead the sales floor, coach selling behaviors, and support promotions and events.
• Monitor KPIs and partner on plans to hit sales and profit goals.
• Oversee inventory flow, stockroom standards, tester management, and shrink control.
• Ensure an exceptional in-store experience, including consultations, checkout, and returns.
• Act as Manager on Duty, including keyholder, opening/closing, and cash handling.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and onboarding to match business needs.
• Coach, train, and give feedback to build skills and grow careers.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and loss prevention standards.

• 2+ years in retail, beauty, or customer-facing roles, with supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• History of strong sales results and standout customer service.
• Comfort with POS, scheduling tools, and basic reporting.
• Flexible availability: days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, move, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally).
• Nice to have:
  Experience with basic employee relations; bilingual in Korean and/or Spanish.
