Ganahl Lumber is looking for a Hardware Supervisor to join our team in Pasadena. This fast‑paced position requires the ability to multitask while supporting our sales team and solving problems for our customers.

• Excellent attendance
• Positive attitude
• Proficient with Accuterm, scheduling, ticket writing, credit memo, with some Word and Excel
• Well versed on cash register
• Product knowledge in multiple categories – a plus
• Research sales history
• Works well with team to accomplish common goals
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 1‑2 years proven experience in supporting client success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
• Passion for delighting customers with above‑and‑beyond service.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with CRM system.
