• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to help achieve goals, including receiving products, restocking shelves, and organizing the backroom.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader.
• Learn operational procedures and their impact on inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner, comply with safety policies, and report hazards.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
