The Role:Kitchen Team Member
As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be focused exclusively on back‑of‑house execution. This role is for cooks who take pride in preparation, cleanliness, and consistency, and who want to be part of a disciplined, well‑run fast‑casual kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Prep and bake wings and menu items according to recipes and standards
- Execute consistently during high‑volume service periods
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times
- Keep prep, line, and storage areas organized and stocked
- Follow systems designed to support speed, quality, and accuracy
Communicate clearly with teammates to support smooth kitchen flow - Take ownership of your station and contribute to a positive team culture
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Comfort working in fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchens
- Team‑first mindset with an ownership mentality
Coachable, focused, and accountable - Experience in fast‑casual or high‑volume kitchens is a plus, but consistency, attitude, and effort matter most.
