As a Front of House Team Member, you are the face of the brand. You set the tone for the guest experience through warmth, efficiency, and confidence in a fast‑casual environment. This role is focused entirely on guest interaction, order accuracy, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

• Greet guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter
• Guide guests through the menu, including ingredients and dietary options
  
  Coordinate with the kitchen and expeditor to ensure smooth order flow
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked front‑of‑house areas
• Execute efficiently during peak service periods
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive service culture
• Uphold Love Baked Wings standards at all times
