Golden Rose Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated and compassionate team. We offer competitive pay, shift differentials, training support, and a $600 sign-on bonus.

• $21-$25 per hour, based on CNA experience
• $600 sign-on bonus

• +$1 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts (Subacute and SNF)
• +$2 per hour Monday-Sunday for Subacute Unit CNAs only

• AM: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 4 on 2 off rotating schedule

• AM: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• PM: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 4 on 2 off rotating schedule

• Work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Provide physical comfort, emotional support, and social interaction
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment
• Protect resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Perform rounds per protocol and as needed
• Complete required documentation and in-service training
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Respond to call lights promptly
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and hygiene
• Make beds and change linens
• Assist with toileting and incontinent care
• Serve and assist with meals; record intake and output
• Weigh residents as requested
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range of motion
• Use proper body mechanics and assistive devices
• Follow universal precautions and safety rules

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• BLS certification
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Honest, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• U.S. work authorization

• Experience is a plus but not required
• New graduates welcome; no need to wait for your physical card if state exams have been passed

• Proof of passing the state CNA exam or current CNA card
• BLS
• Valid  (Driver’s License, Social Security card, or Passport)
