Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Assist in administering hormone replacement therapies and weight loss solutions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, and/or Physician—ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for each patient.
Blood Draws:
Perform blood draws and other necessary venipuncture with precision and care, ensuring accurate results and patient comfort.
Relationship Building:
Engage with patients during their visits, creating a warm and supportive environment that fosters trust and open communication.
Education & Support:
Provide patients with education about their treatment plans, lifestyle adjustments, and overall wellness, empowering them to take charge of their health.
Community Environment:
Contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere where patients feel at ease and look forward to their visits.
Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations and policies, including HIPAA guidelines.
Administrative Support:
Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Valid and current LVN license in the state of California
Valid certification in BLS
1 year of experience as an LVN in a healthcare setting
A genuine interest in health and wellness
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
