Registered Nurse -11 and 11-7 shifts

We seek a Registered Nurse (RN) with exceptional skills and empathy to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility.

As an RN, your role will ensure that resident's needs are met by following professional standards of practice and complying with regulations. You will assess, evaluate, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to address patients' emotional, physical, and cognitive requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and documenting resident condition changes.
• Develop personalized care plans based on residents' needs and objectives.
• Coordinate care with healthcare team members.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Assisted with daily living activities and educated residents and families on healthcare needs.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid.
• Follow all nursing care regulations in the facility.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in California.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in skilled nursing, acute care, or in-patient rehabilitation settings.
• Strong clinical skills and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using clinical software like American Health Tech (AHT).
