We are seeking a high-energy, culturally tapped-in social-first candidate to join our marketing team. Working closely with our Social Media Lead, you will be the primary engine behind our daily digital execution. This role is perfect for someone who is "extremely online" and eager to turn creative concepts into content that moves the needle for a global brand.
You’ll be the bridge between big-picture marketing campaigns and the day-to-day tactical tasks that keep our brand relevant, reactive, and engaged.
Responsibilities- Social Media Support & Execution
- Tactical Execution:
Support the Social Media Lead in the daily posting, scheduling, and formatting of content across Tik Tok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms - Reactive Content:
Monitor daily trends, memes, and cultural conversations to suggest "real-time" content ideas that the brand can jump on - Asset Coordination:
Help organize and prepare creative concepts (video clips, photos, copy) for final approval by the SML - Community Engagement:
Act as the first line of engagement; responding to comments, managing DMs, and fostering a "tapped-in" brand voice in the community
- Tactical Execution:
- Campaign & Partnership Coordination
- Project Tracking:
Assist in managing the marketing calendar to ensure all campaign assets (for launches, partnerships, or events) are delivered on time - Partner Outreach:
Support the team in communicating with influencers and brand partners, handling initial outreach, shipping product/samples, and tracking deliverables - Cross-Functional Help:
Provide administrative and creative support for broader marketing initiatives, including integrated campaign support, event logistics, or internal presentations

Pull weekly performance numbers to help the SML analyze what content is performing and why - Audit Culture:
Keep a pulse on competitors and "best-in-class" brands to provide fresh inspiration for the creative team

You don’t wait for instructions; you actively identify emerging cultural trends and memes, bringing actionable "reactive" ideas to the Social Media Lead regularly - Social-First Execution: 1–2 years of experience turning concepts into high-quality social assets quickly using Cap Cut, Canva, or Adobe Suite, with a native-level grasp of platform algorithms
- Operational Discipline:
Exceptional organizational skills to manage high-volume tasks, from tracking influencer deliverables and product shipping to maintaining a flawless daily posting schedule - Narrative Versatility:
Ability to write sharp, "human" copy that pivots between playful community engagement and clear, brand-aligned campaign messaging - Cultural Intuition: A deep, "extremely online" awareness of global subcultures and digital trends, ensuring our content remains relevant and timely in a fast-moving market
