Affiliate Marketing Business Development

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Traffic Activation:
  Onboard high-potential affiliates. Develop strategies and initiatives to activate and engage new and existing affiliates to optimize their performance and contribution to Ali Express’s buyer and traffic growth.
• Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with affiliates and partners. Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate inquiries, providing support and guidance to ensure local media coverage.
• Market Research and Insights:
  Stay updated with the latest trends in affiliate marketing and competitor strategies. Use insights to improve program offerings and tactics.
• Develop Ali Express platform affiliate marketing strategy and planning in US, responsible aggregated GMV contribution of new and existing affiliate sites including Deals, Coupon, Cash back, Social groups, Influencer content, Card link offers etc, to achieve user acquisition and sales goals.

• 5+ years of experience in buyer/traffic growth in e-commerce affiliate marketing (affiliate network background preferred), with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing affiliate networks.
• Knowledge in onboarding diverse US affiliate sites, including loyalty programs, card-linked offers and publishers/ traffic/ influencers channels.
• Experience with major affiliate networks (such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, etc.), including implementing new programs and onboarding affiliates.
• Knowledge of E-commerce best practices to best serve multiple sellers and drive platform GMV.
• Written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to present ideas in a clear manner.
