We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Sourcing Coordinator to join our team and assist in overseeing all aspects of beauty product production. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the beauty industry, experience in supply chain management, exceptional communication skills, and fluency in Korean to facilitate communication with our manufacturing partners in Korea.

Pay Range: $25‑$30/hr DOE
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels, production costs, and quality assurance documentation.
- Manage purchase order (PO) issuance and schedule control with suppliers, communicating production requirements, timelines, and specifications effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, supply chain, and quality control, to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
- Manage material master data sourcing, components, and packaging materials from domestic and international suppliers, maintaining relationships while updating documentation.
- Manage EPR‑related tasks, including supplier communication and documentation updates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Coordinate license‑related documentation through communication with suppliers and proper document management.
- Provide support as needed, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for production‑related activities.
- Manage contract‑related tasks, including supplier communication and updating/maintaining contractual documents.
- Support invoice‑related tasks, sample labeling, and sample management tasks when necessary.
- Other duties assigned per departmental needs.
- Fluency in Korean and English is required.
- Previous experience in production, supply chain management, or manufacturing within the beauty industry is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with production management software is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
