Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Management Trainee position located in Pasadena, CA. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands‑on experience in key business operations, including strategic planning, team management, client relations, and financial analysis. You will assist in managing daily business activities, contribute to ongoing projects, and support the development and execution of strategies to achieve organizational goals.
