Program / Project Manager
Practice is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex architectural projects across education, housing, and public work. We area design studio grounded in the belief that architecture shapes civic life, with a focus on resilience, equity, and long-term community value.
The Senior Project Manager oversees project delivery from early planning through completion, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and client relationships. This role supports design quality& process, mentors project teams, and contributes to studio culture, business development, and professional engagement.
Candidates should bring significant experience managing large, complex projects, working directly with clients, and leading multidisciplinary teams. California licensure is required.
- Salary Range:$145,000–$165,000 + Benefits (Commensurate with experience)
- Benefits package can be made available following an interview.
- We are a hybrid office requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office. Wednesdays are mandatory, with the other days determined at the discretion of the employee to provide for live/work flexibility.
