The Role

Now Hiring:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Janitorial Supervisor

Ready to take the lead after hours? Join our team overseeing multiple court facilities throughout the San Gabriel Valley
!

Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Pay: $26–$28/hr. (DOE)

We’re a dependable, hands‑on leader who’s bilingual in English and Spanish, takes pride in their work, and ensures smooth operations each night.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Visit and oversee a different court facility in the San Gabriel Valley each evening to ensure all sites are properly maintained and staffed.
  • Provide onsite supervision of janitorial staff, monitor supplies and equipment, and communicate daily assignments to team members.
  • Model and coach the team on proper safety practices and effective use of safety equipment; follow all safety procedures when using chemicals and machinery.
  • Develop and guide employees, address routine employee relations matters, and partner with Human Resources when additional support is needed.
  • Onboard and train new employees, ensuring a clear understanding of policies, procedures, equipment use, chemical handling, and safe work practices.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients,, and leadership.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
What It Takes To Be Successful
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental services, custodial, or housekeeping operations, including prior supervisory experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and client staff.
  • Proven ability to set, achieve, and exceed goals through effective leadership and accountability.
  • Skilled at training, coaching, mentoring, and, when necessary, providing corrective feedback to employees.
  • Comfortable with technology and timekeeping systems; in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred.
  • Excellent and verbal communication skills.
