We are looking for a Mail Clerk/Facilities Maintenance person for our Pasadena, CA office. This is a part-time (20 hours a week), temporary assignment. This position is 100% on-site in our Pasadena, CA office. The pay scale for this position is $20-$23 an hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Your Role
:

• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist in printing labels and shipping Fed Ex packages
• Coordinate ordering and re-stocking office, kitchen, and copier supplies
• Knowledge of building maintenance and ability to do minor repairs is an added advantage

Qualifications
:

• Ability to prioritize projects, assignments, and time
• Must be able to effectively communicate via email and verbally to collaborate with peers, vendors, and building management
• Experience with Word, Excel, and management software is preferred
• Must be able to lift between 40-50 lbs
• Demonstrate active listening and successfully execute assigned tasks
• Must have own transportation. Mileage reimbursement for short trips or errands
