- Engage in tax and business succession planning activities.
- Conduct legal research and draft relevant documents.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- License to practice law in California.
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning for taxable estates.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.
- CA certified specialization in Taxation Law or Estate Planning and Probate Law desired.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in estate and tax planning strategies.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
