Opportunity for a Mid-Level Attorney at a boutique plaintiffs’ side employment firm.

A fully remote plaintiffs’ side labor and employment firm is seeking a mid-level litigation attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about employee advocacy and looking to work in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

Experience Level: 3+ years of litigation experience.

Practice Focus:
Candidates should have substantial experience in either:

• Single-plaintiff employment cases (e.g., wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation), or
• Wage and hour class actions.

Experience in both areas is ideal, but candidates with a strong background in either will be considered.

• No Billable Hour Requirement — The firm prioritizes meaningful legal work over hourly metrics.
• Mentorship from former defense-side partners — Leadership brings extensive experience from top defense-side firms, offering training and guidance rarely available in plaintiffs’ side practice.

Domb & Rauchwerger is a highly experienced employment law firm in Pasadena serving workers statewide in wrongful dismissals and other labor issues.

The firm is two owner/partners, support staff and one other Associate, so this is a ground floor opportunity. Candidate needs to have single-plaintiff and/or wage and hour class action experience (both would be great). Candidate should have experience taking depositions.
