Responsibilities- Draft motions and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and in depositions.
- Prepare for trials and manage day-to-day legal tasks related to construction law litigation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- Skills in law, courts, and trials
- Experience in preparing and conducting depositions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
