Salary $120,000 - $225,000 per year

Our practice includes employment law, estate planning, real estate, tax, business law, and public agency representation—delivering practical, long-term solutions rooted in integrity and collaboration.

• Competitive Base Salary (up to $225k DOE) + Structured, Performance-Based Bonuses
• Quarterly Bonus Cadence 20% bonus at 1,600 billable hours; $20K additional at 1,800 hours; further incentives at 2,000 hours

• Work either remote from CA or hybrid remote in Pasadena
• Defend employers in employment law cases, including wage & hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
• Handle cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Provide legal advice to employers regarding compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws
• Draft policies, handbooks, and agreements to support employer compliance and mitigate litigation risks
• Support business clients and collaborate with firm attorneys on cross-practice matters affecting employers

• J.D. and licensed to practice in California
• Minimum 3 years of defense-side employment law experience
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and provide practical compliance guidance
