POSITION SUMMARYThe Digital Experience Senior Program Manager leads strategic initiatives to optimize web and mobile experiences across all digital touchpoints. This individual contributor role focuses on website content management, publishing workflows, SEO, personalization, and end-to-end digital journeys. The position requires experience in digital marketing and UX strategy, combining technical acumen with data-driven decision-making to enhance engagement and conversion. The manager partners cross-functionally to ensure seamless, user-centric experiences that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business impact.
ESSENTIALPOSITION FUNCTIONS
- Website & Content Management:
Oversee publishing processes, maintain content accuracy, and ensure brand consistency across web and mobile platforms. - SEO & Optimization:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and site performance; monitor analytics to identify growth opportunities. - Digital Personalization & Testing:
Implement personalization tactics using data insights to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. Use testing to optimize digital experiences. - Journey Mapping:
Design and optimize digital journeys across web and mobile, ensuring intuitive navigation and cohesive user experiences. - Performance Analysis:
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement metrics, and organic traffic; prepare reports and recommend improvements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, IT, and UX teams to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives. - Innovation & Best Practices:
Stay current on emerging technologies, AI-driven personalization, and UX trends; champion continuous testing and optimization. - Compliance & Standards:
Ensure adherence to accessibility guidelines, data privacy regulations, and internal governance policies. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience required.
- Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree required and three to five years of experience in digital experience or marketing.
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, volunteers, printers, and designers.
- Ability to work with little supervision and ability to make sound decision in accordance to the brand standards and department guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be proficient in technology applications including the Credit Union's operating system and specialized software required for performance of position.
- Content Management Systems (CMS):
Proficiency in platforms like Word Press, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager for website publishing and content updates. - Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO, keyword research, and tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console. - Web Analytics:
Ability to use Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools for tracking user behavior, conversion rates, and engagement metrics. - HTML/CSS Basics:
Familiarity with front-end coding for minor website adjustments and troubleshooting. - Digital Personalization Tools:
Experience with AI-driven personalization platforms such as Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, or Adobe Target for tailoring user experiences. - Marketing Automation & CRM:
Knowledge of tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar for campaign orchestration and customer segmentation. - A/B Testing & Optimization:
Skills in testing platforms to improve digital journeys and conversion rates. - Mobile Optimization:
Understanding responsive design principles and mobile-first strategies for web and app experiences.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.
