Role Overview

As Senior Director, Product Management for Tax, you will lead the transformation of ADP’s flagship Tax solution, guiding its evolution to a next-generation platform while ensuring continuity and excellence for our extensive client base. This role is pivotal in defining the product vision, driving strategic execution, and collaborating broadly across Payroll, Business, Engineering, and Compliance teams. You will serve as the face of Tax product innovation at ADP, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term growth and market leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Leadership & Transformation:
Define and champion a compelling vision and multi-year strategy for ADP’s Tax product portfolio, integrating advanced digital and AI capabilities.

• Strategic Leadership & Transformation:
Lead the end-to-end transformation from legacy to next-generation solutions, ensuring seamless continuity for existing clients.

• Strategic Leadership & Transformation:
Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to align product, technology, and go-to-market strategies.

Build strong partnerships across Payroll, Compliance, Business, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver unified, client-driven solutions.

Serve as the primary advocate and client-facing leader for the Tax product, engaging with clients, analysts, and industry influencers to represent ADP’s vision.

• Product Planning & Delivery:
Develop and prioritize roadmaps that balance innovation, technical debt reduction, and core operational excellence.

Execute due diligence as needed with Product, Corporate Strategy, and Business Leaders; articulate a market vision and act as a thought leader in product/technology.

• Establish and track KPIs and OKRs aligned to revenue growth, client retention, product adoption, and operational performance. Foster a data-driven culture to drive product decisions and continuous improvement.
