Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Employee Relations
The Human Resources Specialist supports day‑to‑day HR operations for the Southern region, including employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, and HR systems administration. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can think critically, anticipate next steps, and partner effectively with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Process employee personnel action forms (PAFs), including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Coordinate and support new hire onboarding and orientations
- Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee data and compensation changes
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Support HR initiatives and employee relations matters across the Southern region (SoCal, Las Vegas, Arizona)
- Assist with reporting, tracking, and workflow management using HR and productivity tools
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, critical thinker with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with HCM (Human Capital Management) systems
- Familiarity with Oracle and JDE preferred
- Experience using Smartsheet and RAM box a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Accurate and timely processing of all employee lifecycle transactions
- Strong collaboration with Payroll and regional leadership
- Consistent compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Anticipating HR needs and recommending next steps or improvements
