HR Assistant

Location: On-site, Pasadena, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in supporting HR operations across the Southern region, including Southern California, Las Vegas, and Arizona. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a forward-thinking mindset, and the ability to work closely with payroll and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process personal action forms, including promotions, terminations, department transfers, and new hire orientations
  • Collaborate closely with payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support HR functions for multiple locations across the Southern region
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in HR systems
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of HR experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate next steps
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in HCM systems
  • Experience with Oracle, JDE, Smartsheets, Rambox

Compensation: $25 per hour
