Human Resources Manager

Salary Range
: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

LHH is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources for our client's organization. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management programs
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
• Drive employee engagement and training programs to support professional growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
