** PAY RANGE:** $100,000 - $130,000/year
** JOB SUMMARY
** We are seeking an innovative and solution-oriented HR professional to support our growing home health agency operations in Southern California. This position will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to accelerate results, improve employee experience, and foster a culture of excellence in patient care.
** DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Serve as a strategic HR partner to home health agency leaders by understanding business objectives and aligning HR strategies to meet those needs.
* Develop, implement, and advise on HR policies, procedures, and programs that ensure compliance and promote employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
* Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Oversee onboarding processes to set employees up for success, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and goals.
* Train and educate leaders on HR best practices, compliance, and leadership development to support a high-performance culture.
* Maintain knowledge of applicable payroll regulations, including California-specific wage and hour laws
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing, including reviewing timekeeping records, deductions
* Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations, FMLA, ADA, and others applicable to California.
* Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement in employee satisfaction, client care quality, and workplace safety.
* Use HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.
* Develop and participate in the development and education of leadership in the management of Human Capital within our core values and regulatory requirements of our business with a focus on mitigating organizational risk and creating a work environment of mutual trust and respect based on our values.
* Develop and support a strategic plan around increasing employee retention, improving employee engagement, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
* Drive continual improvements in employee satisfaction, employee retention, quality of client care, and work safety.
