Catering Sales Coordinator

Pay Range: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour

Assisting the overall event sales lifecycle of catering events at the location. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering sales and be able to collaborate with a range of stakeholders to plan and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• Ensures all food or beverage is distributed in a timely fashion.
• Assists in creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements in appropriate system.
• Inspects event setups to ensure they match the banquet event order.
• Works with manager to deliver events according to BEOs.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
