Overview
SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions for the 2025 - 2026 School Year. SPG is dedicated to providing all employees with a unique mentoring program and maintaining strong, collaborative client relationships. Founded and run by clinicians, SPG is dedicated to helping kids.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required. CFs welcome. Salary: $84,000-$120,000 based on school year calendar.

- Potential for intern, SLPA, or Clinical Fellowship supervision responsibilities.
- Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
- Conduct appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
- Consult and collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
- Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
- Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
- IEPs:
Write goals in support of curricular standards. - Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
- Fingerprint background clearance.
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
- Onsite;

Years of experience, specialties, and geographic regions are all considered when determining salary offers.
