Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Overview

Per Diem opening for Private practice PT clinic. Family owned. Under supervision of full time DPT owner. Required BCLS, and liability insurance. Primarily orthopedic patients, exercise based private practice. Experience with modalities and manual therapy. Supervision of patients treatment plans, documentation skills with Office Ally electronic documentation, charting. 10 hours a week. Monday to Friday.

• Proficient in the application of physiotherapy modalities and exercise prescriptions (back, hip, knee, ankle programs)
• Navigate on Office Ally electronic documentation, charting
• Supervise staff on exercise programs
• Ability to schedule patients appointments
• Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience in discharge planning processes for optimal patient outcomes.
• Knowledge of treatment approaches for various populations, including acute care, orthopedics, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
