Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri (flexible schedule options!)

Location: Pasadena | On-site

Temporary Position: 4-6 month assignment

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Insurance Benefits Verification Coordinator who can decode complex policies, advocate for patients, and keep the financial side of fertility care running smoothly.

• Verify patient eligibility, benefits, coverage, copays, and deductibles
• Break down complex insurance details into clear, human language patients can actually understand
• Collect deposits, copays, and deductibles with accuracy and empathy
• Request, track, and manage prior authorizations for fertility procedures
• Update patient records with flawless insurance and financial data
• Partner with billing, financial coordinators, providers, and insurance carriers to keep everything moving

• 2+ years experience with healthcare insurance and/or benefits verification, fertility care experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally
