Salary:
$87,000 - $95,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports and organize requests for administration, staff, and the Board of Directors.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance standards.
• Plan and direct quality assurance policies and initiatives.
• Participate in internal Quality Improvement Committee meetings and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the agency's electronic database usage and provide supervision for clinical and support staff.
• Develop and coordinate new forms and procedures.
• Conduct training on policies and procedures, including progress notes and coordinated care.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and insights.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Manage departmental staff, fostering strong communication between the field and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
• Provide leadership and develop procedures for the unit.
• Train and evaluate employees, addressing performance issues as needed.
• Maintain a positive and safe work environment, handling employee relations and grievances.
• Approve leave and overtime, and manage budgets as applicable.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a mental health or related field with licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in Social Services.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proficient in advanced computer applications.
