A company is looking for an Income Tax Manager to oversee corporate income tax compliance and planning in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities Prepare federal and multi-state corporate income tax compliance, including returns and estimated payments Oversee quarterly income tax provision calculations and support internal departments on tax-related matters Lead the implementation of tax provision software and monitor legislative changes affecting the company
Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in accounting;
Advanced/Master's degree preferred; CPA required Minimum 6 years of corporate income tax experience in a large public accounting firm or multinational company
Experience with Corp Tax and One Source tax compliance and provision software Knowledge of IFRS/IAS 12 and Sarbanes-Oxley is beneficial Native proficiency in English; foreign language skills are a plus
