• Project management of all client-related assignments and tasks for each client.
• Mastery of complex financial planning.
• In-depth knowledge of tax planning, estate planning, investments, insurance, and other core services.
• Management of workflow execution and delegation to deliver timely work.
• Internal and external meeting preparation and lead communication.
• Enhance internal processes and workflows.
• Highly responsive to clients and team members via text, phone, and apps.
• Strong leadership and mentorship towards team members.
• Ability to answer complex client questions with polished communication skills.
• Capable of stepping in and supporting Advisors during client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree & Series 65
• 3-5 years’ experience in a financial planning role.
