• Take a lead in proactively engaging existing customers and prospects through needs‑based assessments to grow loyalty.
• Engage customers to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels, recommending tailored options for everyday banking, retail investments, lending, home financing, and small business solutions.
• Provide advice on digital and self‑serve options to make banking easy, simple, and fast.
• Support customer transaction needs based on traffic.
• Generate appointments and build new relationships within the community.
• Maintain risk management framework compliance, accurate data entry, and lending application recommendations.
• Make credit recommendations for personal lending in accordance with bank policies.
• Collaborate with branch and market teams to improve the customer experience.
• Apply risk and compliance processes to protect customer assets.
• Stay current on financial services, legal, and regulatory environments.
• Identify and report suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Perform complex tasks within defined rules and handle escalations as needed.

• 2-3 of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in retail investments and lending products.
• Consultative customer service or sales experience with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Confident in using social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.

Paid range: $45,900.00 - $75,900.00. Salaried.
