Publicly‑traded company seeking an accounting manager with experience in loan portfolio reporting and a background in public accounting or public company financial reporting. Public accounting experience with financial services clients is highly desired.

• Lead the preparation of loan-related disclosures and supporting schedules used in 10‑Q/10‑K filings, including materials that inform MD&A and external reporting deliverables.
• Support quarterly earnings processes by assembling and validating loan data included in 8‑K release tables and other public‑facing reports.
• Coordinate the completion of required regulatory submissions, including loan‑focused components of the Call Report, FRY schedules, and other banking regulatory filings.
• Develop and review monthly internal reporting packages—such as board‑level analytics and variance reviews—ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and strong internal controls.
• Partner across finance, reporting, and operations to evaluate the impact of new accounting and regulatory guidance, helping shape the bank’s approach to emerging GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to close activities, audit support, and ad‑hoc financial analyses, including reconciliations, journal entry review, and preparation of loan‑related schedules for internal and external stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or public company financial reporting, with a strong understanding of GAAP and related technical concepts.
• Proven ability to navigate complex accounting guidance and stay current on evolving regulatory reporting requirements, supported by strong analytical and research skills.
• Background in the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred, particularly roles involving regulated reporting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or MBA strongly valued.
