Campus Coordinator – Summer 2026

$22–$25 per hour, based on experience. Eligible for overtime over 40 hours per week with manager approval.

In this role, you will assist the Campus Manager on all aspects of the campus, support the local and international staff, and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.

• Assist with student arrivals, departures, orientations, and graduation ceremonies.
• Collaborate with the Campus Manager to handle student discipline and behavior concerns.
• Be available for afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends and front desk coverage.
• Respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Co‑ordinate with other campus management teams—Academics, Activities, Student Experience, and Accommodations—to ensure overall student satisfaction.

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Administrative experience.
• Excels under pressure.
• Strong communicator.
• Can work independently and lead a team with minimal oversight.
• Decisive and able to act fast and make informed decisions.
• Passionate about customer service and quality.
• Legally able to work in the U.S. or have a work permit.
