Interior Design and Cost Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Interior Design Project Manager to lead interior design projects from conception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of interior projects, ensuring they align with client visions, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in INTERIOR DESIGN, COST ESTIMATING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, and technical drafting, combined with excellent communication skills.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Create detailed design concepts using software such as Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to visualize ideas clearly
• Prepare comprehensive construction documents and drawings utilizing CAD tools like Bluebeam and Drafting standards for accurate implementation
• Oversee procurement processes including lighting sales, furniture selection, and material sourcing while maintaining budget controls
• Conduct site visits during renovation and remodeling phases to monitor progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations
• Manage contracts and coordinate with construction teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish

• Proven experience in interior design project management with a portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery in renovation or remodeling environments
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and CAD drafting tools
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting design principles, construction processes, and contract management
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of budgeting practices and experience in sales related to lighting or interior furnishings is a plus
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately for successful project implementation
