• Job Title: Communications Operator Per Diem
• Department: Telecom Operator Service
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Primary Shift: Nights
• Time Type: Part time
• Location: 100 W California Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91105
• Pay Range: $25.20 - $27.09 per hour

• Operate a four-position telecommunication center focusing on customer service to handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and paging.
• Use two‑way walkie‑talkie system, all alarms, beeper system, and elevator systems.
• Maintain all internal information for up-to-date call processing requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PBX experience and/or excellent customer service skills preferred.

• At least one year of previous experience as a PBX operator preferred.
• Knowledge of medical paging services and practices preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Have a pleasant voice and ability to communicate clearly.

Base pay ranges from $25.20 to $27.09 per hour. Additional individual compensation may be available through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
