You have a strong eye for design and care deeply about how an experience looks, feels, and comes together in real life. You love event production and management, and you enjoy thinking through how an experience comes together visually, operationally, and emotionally.

You bring fresh ideas, thoughtful problem solving, and a positive, can do attitude to every project.

You thrive in fast paced environments and can juggle multiple projects at once while leading and supporting a high functioning team. You are excellent at project management and client service, manage your time well, and communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams, vendors, and clients. You take ownership of your work, follow through, and are always looking for ways to elevate the experience, whether through smarter logistics, stronger storytelling, or more thoughtful design details.

You enjoy taking clients’ ideas and visions and turning them into real, memorable experiences. You are energized by both the creative and logistical sides of events, whether that means collaborating with designers, sourcing materials and decor, refining run of show flow, or ensuring the final environment looks polished, intentional, and on brand. You are comfortable working under tight deadlines and can deliver high quality work without sacrificing creativity or precision.

And yes, when you travel, your plans are probably in a very well organized spreadsheet.

The Event Producer plays a critical role in bringing events and brand experiences to life from planning through on site execution. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creatively driven, detail obsessed in the best way, calm under pressure, and passionate about experiential marketing. You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple events, working closely with internal teams, creatives, vendors, and clients to ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed and flawlessly delivered.
