FACILITIES TECHNICIAN - CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Work Location:
PASADENA, CA
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or coursework in Construction Technology, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience supporting construction projects preferred, facilities maintenance, or public works environments preferred.
- OSHA 30 (preferred)
- ICC Inspector Certifications (preferred)
- Experience working on K-12 or public agency construction projects
- Provides on-site technical and administrative support for construction activities at District facilities.
- Assists Project Managers and Admin Staff with field coordination, documentation, inspections, and tracking of construction progress.
- Supports monitoring of contractor performance, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Assists with closeout documentation, punch lists, and coordination with school sites and District staff to minimize operational impacts during construction.
- Other duties as necessary.
