Summary
A bit about us:
We’re an open-minded, considerate, and friendly family of 4 who values connection, kindness, and letting kids be kids. We love camping, being active, trying new restaurants, and having outdoor adventures! I work from home while my husband works outside the home. We also have a medium-sized, energetic Border Collie mix, so being dog-friendly is important!
Our 3-year-old son is social and energetic. He can be a threenager sometimes, but overall he’s very sweet. He would love a nanny who is ready to play and can be goofy and imaginative. He loves his baby sister, dancing, playing hide and seek, cars, and Magnatiles. He doesn’t nap, so we don’t expect a lot of household tasks or cleaning;
our kids are the priority.
Our 3-month-old baby girl likes watching her brother, big graphic patterns, and being held upright, where she can observe everything going on!
A bit about youYou’re playful, energetic, and genuinely enjoy getting on the floor to play, build, dance, and imagine. You’re confident caring for both toddlers and infants, understand Gentle Parenting, and are thoughtful about limiting screen time. You’re collaborative, safety-focused, and excited to help structure a toddler’s day in a fun, developmentally supportive way. You’d love to find a wonderful family who appreciates you and your skills;
working with kids and playing make-believe is the absolute best!
Provide engaging, attentive care for a toddler and infant, jump into imaginative play, games, music, and movement, help create simple structure and routines for our toddler, encourage independent play and curiosity, hold, soothe, and engage our infant when mom is in meetings, prepare simple meals for the children, assist with potty support (toddler is potty trained), diapering, and basic hygiene, keep children’s areas and kitchen tidy using a clean-as-you-go approach, communicate openly with parents about the day.
