  • Get Care Now – Kaiser Permanente’s enterprise on‑demand virtual care service on kp.org. Immediate care by phone or video, 24/7.
  • E visits – Secure asynchronous online care option on kp.org for a structured medical questionnaire and clinical guidance, without scheduling appointments.
  • KP.org Appointment Center Booking – Secure online scheduling feature for members to book, view, change, or cancel appointments without calling.
  • KP.org Message Center – Secure online messaging hub for non‑urgent communication between members and care teams on kp.org.

Job Summary

This position provides analytical support to a project or department. Under the guidance of a Project Manager/Director, responsibilities include data collection, research, analysis, recommendations, and presenting results.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Contribute high‑level analytical support to a project or department requiring marketing, information management, finance, management, economics or statistics knowledge.
  • Full range of project components.
  • Assigned to at least one project and produce results and report as a team member.
  • Organize assigned tasks, identify and structure information collection activities, and set timelines as directed.
  • Develop tools to identify and document best practices.
  • Prepare Excel, Word or PowerPoint reports; work with Access or similar tools to develop data extracts and management information reports.
  • Produce graphic information using Excel or PowerPoint or similar software.
  • Contribute to development of management information and analysis, provide recommendations, assist with formal presentations to various management levels; identify alternative solutions to project issues.
  • Contribute to development of project plans to ensure timely deliverables and successful completion, demonstrating understanding of business intersections.
  • Assist with identification and development of training information.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of an MBA or other master’s level program at an accredited college or university.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
