Business Optimization Master's Intern

This internship role is scheduled to be flexible. Please be prepared to spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time working at the following address: 99 Oakland Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91106.

Customer Installation is a market-facing team that supports our new and renewing customers through their onboarding and renewal journey. Customer installation pairs the skills of consultation, project management and negotiation to provide an enhanced onboarding experience to our customers and partners. We serve as the hub for all things critical for customers and members to be set up successfully from strategy, test files to enrollment processing and .

The intern will be responsible for identifying efficiencies through automation (AI), other staffing resources to lessen the time spent and number of systems needed. The identified project is assessing  validation and automating or finding alternative and more efficient ways to audit cards to ensure accuracy.
