Staff Assistant TS/SCI Clearance
Position at Columbus Technologies and Services
Pay RangeBase pay: $25.00/hr - $45.00/hr + benefits
Overview- Must be a US Citizen with Active TS/SCI clearance
- W2 with full benefits – 1 year contract with potential extension or conversion
- Fully vaccinated COVID‑19 prior to start (proof required, except approved religious/medical accommodation)
- Required customer and contract‑specific training
- Location:
JPL/NASA, Pasadena, CA (Onsite) - Offer contingent on successful background check and drug screen
- Provide office support to the Nightshade project
- Assist Project Manager and Deputy
- Outlook calendar management (classified/unclassified)
- Coordinate onsite and offsite visits
- Collaborate with Physical Security
- Edit PowerPoint presentations
- Manage presentation files
- Answer phones
- Escort unclassified trades
- Order supplies
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous office/staff assistant experience
- Professional telephone skills
- Solid verbal/written skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Comfortable with computer technology (e.g., Skype, Teams, Slack)
- Initiative and follow‑through
