We are a dynamic custom packaging company based in Pasadena, CA, seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the financial health of our business and ensuring smooth transactions with both clients and vendors.

ON-SITE NOT A REMOTE JOB.

Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile all financial transactions between the business and clients, as well as with vendors
• Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into Quick Books and databases then filing hard copies.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial documentation
• Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances.
• Recording any inconsistencies to help the accountants reconcile inaccuracies.
• Preparing employee wages.
• Managing income and expenditure accounts.
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
• Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status.
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations

Requirements:

• Proven 4+ years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Proficient in using accounting software and tools – Quick Books.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members
