Tax Manager - CPA Required

Salary: $125,000 - $200,000 per year

• Prepare complex tax returns and perform tax research.
• Respond to tax notices from taxing authorities.
• Review tax information supplied by the client and meet with or contact the client regarding general or complex tax questions.
• Recognize, anticipate, and resolve tax issues and make recommendations.
• Adapt to the company's practices, policies, and culture.

• 3-5 years of prior experience.
• CPA certified or CPA candidacy preferred.
• Strong organization, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Diligent work ethic and dedication to providing superior client service.
• Excellent communication skills—oral, written, and interpersonal with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to upper‑level team members and clients.
• Strong client engagement skills.
• Must be proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning and compliance.
